HOW DO FRESHMEN APPLY?
The Lynbrook course list on the application does not apply to freshmen applicants. Freshmen should just use their last year courses from middle school. Academic courses should be put in LIST I, and elective courses (i.e. language, woodshop)Â should be put in LIST II. List III should be left blank. The rest of the instructions regarding number of courses to use and points per course still applies.
DO WE HAVE TO PAY $10?
A $10 donation is highly recommended and will go towards paying statewide club dues, funding scholarships, hosting socials, and paying for Chapter Project materials.
TO WHOM DO I ADDRESS THE CHECK?
All checks should be written to Lynbrook ASB.
WHAT DO WE FILL OUT FOR DESTINATION AND TIME ON THE MEDICAL FORM?
The medical form is the standard Lynbrook field trip form. Please fill the top portion out as follows:

WHICH TRANSCRIPTS ARE ACCEPTABLE TO TURN IN?
Freshmen applicants should attach a copy of their middle school report card or transcript. Other applicants may attach their unofficial transcript from Infinite Campus or their progress report.
DO WE HAVE TO REAPPLY SECOND SEMESTER?
No. Those who turned in applications first semester do not need reapply second semester. However, applicants who did not apply first semester may choose to apply second semester.
